Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tj666 website accessible at https://tj666.io, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, account dashboards, payment portals, and any associated mobile-optimised views operated by tj666.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to tj666 and its operating entity, which owns, manages, and maintains the Platform.
• "You", "User", "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet or wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password, and verified Bangladeshi mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total BDT amount held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings not yet withdrawn.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the tj666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tj666 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested and must be provided before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and, where technically verifiable, at the time of placing bets.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed through the tj666 Responsible Gaming tools, nor subject to any exclusion imposed by tj666 pursuant to these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of tj666 or any affiliated company, game studio, or payment provider with a material interest in the Platform.

tj666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only on the tj666 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify tj666 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tj666 will treat any activity carried out using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing that your credentials have been compromised.

tj666 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the tj666 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tj666 does not accept transactions in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank via supported card channels.

Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. tj666 does not impose platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tj666 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the Account, subject to the technical capabilities of the relevant payment provider.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes on average for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Complex cases or those requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.

The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date — will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tj666 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• A wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement across tj666 promotions is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule for each promotion will be specified at the point of offer.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh market events — including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Durga Puja, BPL season, and Victory Day — will be published via the Platform's promotions section and are subject to separate individual terms at the time of publication.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tj666 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules for that game or market. The following general betting conditions apply across all products on the Platform:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a transaction reference has been generated in your Account history.
• tj666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or at odds that deviate materially from market consensus due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account balance.
• In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL governing committee, or equivalent), bets on the affected market will be settled in accordance with the Platform's standard void-bet policy, which in most cases involves stake return.
• tj666 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any game or market and to impose individual account betting limits without prior notice.
• Live in-play bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the Player after placement.
• All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. tj666 does not manipulate game outcomes. All game providers are certified for fairness by recognised independent testing authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tj666 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias, third-party name, or fictitious identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point including during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers, data-scraping tools, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or apparent Platform error are void and subject to recoupment.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker variants, or any multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Allowing any third party, including a family member, to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Placing bets for the purpose of qualifying for a bonus while minimising risk through offsetting wagers (commonly known as bonus abuse or matched betting on bonus funds).
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward tj666 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

tj666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion in the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in contravention of applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring restriction or disclosure.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

In the event of Account closure following confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance comprising bonus funds or funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Deposited funds not tainted by prohibited activity will be returned following the completion of a review period, typically within 30 business days, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit tj666's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
